3 Common Misconceptions About Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Many myths about autism have been created and spread throughout time. Some may be harmful to those living with autism as people go on to fervently believe these false ideas. One of the most commonly heard misconceptions about autism is that all children who are on the autism spectrum are non-verbal.
